Thomas C. Rowsey graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia in 1988 with a degree in English.  The University of Georgia, School of Law awarded Mr. Rowsey his Juris Doctor Degree, May, 1991.

After graduating from law school, Mr. Rowsey accepted a job working for an insurance defense law firm in the Atlanta area. Clients of the firm included State Farm, Allstate, Cotton States, Georgia Farm Bureau, and St. Paul Fire & Marine.

Believing in an ability to provide quality, professional representation on a personal level to individuals, Mr. Rowsey opened his own office for the practice of law in 1993, where he welcomes the daily challenges presented in working for his clients to meet their various legal needs.  Skilled application of the most recent advances in computer technology helps him to serve clients more efficiently.

Recently, Mr. Rowsey relocated his office from the Buckhead area of Atlanta, Georgia to Cumming, Georgia, closer to his childhood home in the north Roswell/Alpharetta area.  While this move does not preclude Mr. Rowsey’s continued practice of law in the metro Atlanta area, it does offer him a better opportunity to develop new relationships with clients in Forsyth county, where he and his family live, and the surrounding counties of Cherokee, Hall, and Dawson.
